PaidTheFastest is a website where you do offers to earn cash (some as easy as filling in your email address), you can then directly, and instantly, cash that out to PayPal/Amazon or convert it to points and buy gift cards. Please note that this website is based in the USA and that other countries have very limited - if not - no offers. I believe Canada and UK have a few but very limited. Sorry.
